As a professional plastic product manufacturer, Taizhou Abei Plastic has launched its new series of HDPE trash bins in March 2025, targeting outdoor sanitation scenarios such as parks, industrial parks and residential communities.

The new bins are made of food-grade HDPE plastic, which is 30% thicker than traditional models—this enhancement significantly improves impact resistance, reducing the risk of cracking in low-temperature environments (down to -20°C) or under heavy load. Unlike ordinary plastic bins, the surface of the new series is treated with anti-UV coating, which can resist sun fading for more than 5 years, maintaining bright colors even in outdoor exposure.
In terms of design, the new bins adopt a reinforced wheel structure: the 5-inch heavy-duty casters are equipped with double bearings, making it easier to move even when fully loaded (120L capacity). The lid is designed with a silent buffer hinge, which reduces noise when opening and closing, making it more suitable for residential areas.
To verify the performance, Abei conducted a 3-month field test in 5 residential communities in Zhejiang: 98% of property managers reported that the bins were "easier to clean" and "less prone to damage" compared to previous products. The new series has also obtained the EN 840 certification, meeting European market standards, and has received 200+ pre-orders from European sanitation companies since its launch.

For clients with customization needs, Abei provides logo printing, color matching and size adjustment services, with a sample delivery time of only 7 days. This launch not only enriches Abei’s product line but also strengthens its competitiveness in the high-end outdoor trash bin market.
